REBS Zentralschmiertechnik GmbH was founded in 1948 by Alexander Aristides REBS, the inventor of the progressive distributor (1936). Today the family business is the leading provider of central lubrication systems in many areas. With over 130 employees worldwide we are continuously developing new tailor-made solutions.

TURBOLUB® oil/air lubrication
The TURBOLUB® system is adapted precisely to the customer application. Temperature increase caused by friction, as well as the penetration of foreign particles, are pre-vented. The service life of parts are increased and the time and costs spend on maintenance
minimized.
The patented REBS TURBOLUB® oil/air lubrication is the world’s most used oil/air lubrication system in the steel industry with over 1,000 systems. Through customer-oriented planning REBS develops first-class solutions for every application. System parts that are located far apart from one another can be supplied with one lubrication system via the satellite system and REBS offers environment-conscious customers innovative solutions with an optional return function for the oil.
With the exact distribution of a minimal quantity of the lubricant the TURBOLUB® prevents increased roll force on the
bearings and a related temperature increase. A small amount of overpressure in the bearing prevents the penetration of foreign particles and water. The distribution of the oil/air flow is affected without moving parts, thus making the system wear-free.
