Terms and Conditions

1. Scope: These terms apply to all products and services provided by REBS Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd.
2. Orders & Acceptance: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing: All prices are ex‑works / ex‑warehouse and exclude taxes, duties, freight, unless otherwise specified.
4. Delivery & Risk: Risk passes to the customer once goods leave our facility.
5. Warranty: 12‑month warranty from commissioning or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier.
6. Liability: Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to the contract value.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Indian law applies; jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Intellectual Property: All drawings, designs, and software remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
10. Confidentiality: Both parties shall treat all shared confidential information as strictly confidential.
